Collector Car Tires

When it comes to your Talladega and Spoiler one of the most important items most people overlook are the tires. The proper Collector Car tire for your car can change it from just another car at the show to one that catches peoples eyes. Why? Have you ever been to a show and looked at a car and really liked it until you stepped back and took a good look at it? The stance is everything. A beautiful paint job and body work isn’t even noticed if the car isn’t sitting just right.

Especially on original unrestored cars the tires have to be original. An authentic detailed restoration also requires a tire that is authentic. The proper Collector Car tire is mandatory. I have BFGs on all my drivers but when it comes to a show car it has to have the proper Collector Car tire. You have to appreciate that every make, model and year generally had its own special tire for that year. Sometimes even different tires for early and late production cars. Today’s new Collector Car Tires are constructed using new materials and techniques, these are not the old tires for your car you remember from back in the day. If you do plan to drive the car there are even some radials that give the original look but the handling of the radial.
